Webinar: preparing for the next phase of the Trader Support Service - 30 September 2026

Recording of a webinar where we shared key milestones and dates, a demo on how to enroll onto the new service, a reminder of how to access the practice environment and look at the new CSV file upload capability.

Preparing for the next phase of the Trader Support Service (TSS)

Transcript

William Barns-Graham

Good afternoon and welcome to today's webinar, the fifth in a series we're running to support businesses as they prepare for the next phase of a Trader Support Service, or TSS for short. On the next slide, you will see that my name is William Barns-Graham, and I will be your host today on behalf of Chartered Institute of Export and International Trade.

I won’t dwell on this slide too long, but we'll just share some quick housekeeping notes. The webinar today is being recorded, and the link to this will be made available to everyone who has registered. Links to the previous webinars we've put on about the transition are also being posted in the chat shortly. We will also be running a live Q&A as part of today's session.

Please type in your questions using the Q&A function within teams. Please note, to not use the chat function for questions, as we will only be considering questions filed in the Q&A section. So just to be clear, if you have a question, put this in the Q&A part of Teams, not the chat. We will try to get to as many of your questions as we can, but please note time is limited to the 45 minutes advertised.

We'd like to respond to unanswered questions offline afterwards. Moving on to the next slide and today's panel, I'm delighted to be joined today by some familiar faces to those who've been following this series so far. Firstly, we have David Vallely, who is a stakeholder engagement lead for Northern Ireland Customs at HMRC. From Netcompany we have Amit Parekh, the UK Delivery Manager leading delivery of the next phase of TSS.

And finally, we have Hena Elsayed, a Trading Custom Specialist team lead at the Chartered Institute, who has kindly produced a couple of demo videos which will be playing later on supporting today's session. Behind the scenes, we also have Kevin Shakespeare and Doreen Crawford, both from the Chartered Institute. On the next slide, you will see today's agenda and you'll see that today's session is really focusing on practical preparations you can make ahead of the October transition date.

So we will be looking at key milestones and dates, a demo on how to enroll onto the new service, a reminder of how to access the practice environment and look at the new CSV file upload capability. Answers to some of the questions you've been submitting ahead of the webinar, and then the aforementioned live Q&A session at the end.

So that's what we're covering. And on the next slide, we'll start to get into it. And to do so, I'd like to hand over to Amit who's going to walk you through the transition timeline. Over to you, Amit.

Amit Parekh

Thank you. Will. Good afternoon all. Really happy to be presenting to you today. If we can move on to the to the next slide.

So I'll talk you through the slides. You should be familiar if you're on the previous webinars with us. What I want to do is really give you a good idea of the transition timeline, what it means for you, and how you can be prepared to make a smooth transition onto the new service. So the key date put it in your calendar if you haven't already, is that transition to the new service will be.

We're on track for the 20th of October for that to happen. So for all new movements post the 20th of October, you will need to use the new TS platform. This therefore means the outgoing service. You will no longer be able to use that for any any new movements post the 20th of October. That service will stay open until the 30th of November.

To complete any declarations that you had submitted prior to the 20th and the 20th of October. Sorry. And to access any declaration information that you may need. So from the 14th of October, no new company registrations can be created on the outgoing service. So just please bear that in mind. So if you're an existing user of the current service, there's no issue here.

If you're a new company planning to use a service, then please note that you'll need to, you won't be able to use the outgoing service to register from the 14th onwards. You will use the new service in order to do that. So the key takeaways 20th of October is the transition date. What I do on the next slide is talk you through how you can be prepared.

Because we want to make sure that the service and the transition is as smooth as possible for yourselves. So you can keep your operations flowing. So the first thing to mention here is that we opened up a practice environment last Monday. So on the 21st of September, we opened up a practice environment which has got the exact solution and and system that will be, rolled out.

And this gives your teams and yourselves time to explore the new service, practice key journeys, practice key declarations. And I really, really encourage you, if you haven't used this practice environment to date, then log on to it, start to use it. It will really help, you become more familiar with the service and effectively reduce any risk. Come the 20th of October, we've already had around 1300 people log in to this practice environment.

We've had close to 5500 practice declarations pushed through on the practice environment. So thank you to those that have already used it and are starting to get familiar with it, and those that haven't really encouraged you, as I say, to use that service and really get to to know how it operates.

From the 1st of October, that is, tomorrow we will be launching the service in order for everybody to be able to access it, to log on and effectively to complete your profile set up, and no more so existing users. So these are defined as if you're already on the outgoing service, then all your information profile information will be migrated across to the new platform.

And what we what we ask you to do is from tomorrow, if not tomorrow, you log in, you reset your password, you log in, you check your profiles, and be ready for the 20th of October. So if you do that tomorrow or between tomorrow and the 20th of October, you know, come the 20th of October, you should have no issue logging on.

We will be talking you through how to onboard, by the way, shortly in this, in this webinar. So look out for that. And please take note then from next Tuesday 6th of October, we will be opening up the platform for anyone to be able to do to pre-launch declarations for movements that take place from the 20th of October onwards.

So you'll be able to use the system from the 6th of October to pre-launch. Any movements that are going to take place from the 20th of October onwards. So again, encourage you if you if you're aware of that and you need to pre-launch, then you're able to do that from next Tuesday onwards. So again really encourage you to log on tomorrow.

Make sure you're ready, set up to use either on the sixth or the 20th. And as it says here, 20th of October, that's when the new platform will be used. The outgoing service will not be able to be used for new movements. Okay. So I hope that makes sense. And hopefully that assures you that the system is being used at the moment successfully.

And we have the ways and means for you to assure yourselves on how to use the new service and get up and running so you're not left not able to access the service on the 20th of October. Okay. If we can move on to the next slide. So this is just a diagram view of what I've talked through with the key dates on there.

The bit I just want to focus in on very quickly is where it says November on the top right and underneath that where it says transformation. So the key point that I want to relay is the service we launch on the 20th of October is not the final state solution. If you like, we will be providing a like for like solution for the outgoing service on the 20th.

And then we will be going through a phase of transformation from that point on, listening to user feedback, trying to enhance the features, trying to make TS a really optimum service for all, all the traders and the whole industry. So there will be a whole roadmap of transformation once we've gone live on the 20th. We'll use some ongoing webinars and comms to start to talk to you about what those transformations look like and when you can expect them, and how you could also feed back into us as well.

Okay, fantastic. So I will hand back to Will. I hope that was useful. And thank you for listening. Thank you.

Will Barns-Graham

Thank you Amit for walking us through those transition timelines there. The key message I'm hearing is preparation now will make the transition significantly easier when we reach the 20th of October and business can use the practice environment, check their data, prepare teams and ensure their ready to begin using the new platform from the transition date.

Now in the next section, we're going to be addressing one of the questions we've been hearing most often during this period leading up to the next phase of test, which is what do I actually need to do to access and start using the new service? I'm glad to say we'll now see a video produced by Hena demonstrating the onboarding process, how to reset your password, and how to authenticate your account.

Just one second as things are being loaded.

Hena Elsayed

This is for all users who will be migrating from the outgoing service, and covers the password reset and authentication required before being able to access the new service. When your account is migrated, you will receive a welcome email from the new service. It will contain a checklist highlighting the key steps you need to take, and a migration handbook that provides further details on those steps.

You must read through the checklist to ensure your account is properly set.

Up, so that you can start using the service successfully. As part of the second step on this checklist, you will be given the link to the new service. Clicking on this link, we'll open to the introductory page of the service.

Once on this page you need to click Sign in.

This will then prompt you to enter your username and password. At this stage you need to select I have forgotten my password and then enter your email address. This should be the one that was sent to your welcome some email. You will then be prompted to read the terms and conditions and then select I agree.

You will then be asked to activate your account using a one time passcode. This requires an authenticator app which you can download onto your smartphone or other device. This step is to keep your account secure. Scan the QR code using your authenticator app to generate a one time passcode. Enter this code into the field and click Activate your account.

You will then be asked to enter a new password.

And then you will need to enter it again to confirm the password. Then click continue and this will take you to your businesses TTS home page. You only have to do this once to get your account active. Once your account is set up, you will sign in through the usual steps of entering your username and password, followed by authenticating your login.

When you sign in, you can take the Remember Me box to allow you to stay signed in. Otherwise, through a period of inactivity, you'll be signed out and will need to get signed in with a one time passcode. You should then navigate through the home page and go to your business profile to check that the information on your account is accurate.

The details on your account will be the same details that were on the company profile from the outgoing service. Only the account administrator can make changes to the business profile, so this is a prime opportunity to ensure you update any details on your profile to help you complete tasks in the service successfully. If you're not the account administrator, make sure you tell them if you spot any information that needs updating.

This includes checking users, seeing which businesses you have given authority to represent you, any permissions provided to third parties. This is the end of the demonstration. Thank you for watching.

William Barns-Graham

Brilliant. Thank you to Hena for producing that demo. I hope that's been useful to everyone, and I'm glad to say we will be sharing links to this demonstration of onboarding to the new. We will be showing links to these demo videos after the webinar. We've got a couple of questions that have come up about the onboarding process, which I'll now put to Amit.

And to begin with, how long should businesses allow for onboarding?

Amit Parekh

Thanks. Well, so the onboarding process is fairly quick. It should be only a few minutes. And you'll be able to see that on the demonstration. I think checking your business profile is really key here. So if you need to give TSS access to services that you're using, such as DDA, TGP, you'll need to have your government gateway details ready to set these up.

So I would say just have those ready if you need to set the other services up. And it should be fairly quick, fairly simple to do.

Will Barns-Graham

Great. Thank you.

And another question that people have been asking is “does it matter which user from the business activates the account”?

Amit Parekh

It does matter. Yes. So the account administrator, is the user that can activate the account.

So they will need to onboard on behalf of the organization. So this is the primary user, the account administrator. So they will need to do the activation first. Once they've done that then other users can follow. So it's really important that the account administrator is the person that tries to onboard. And if, if this, if that person has moved on from the organization or is not around for any reason, then obviously please contact the contact center and they'll be able to help you work that out.

Will Barns-Graham

Perfect. Thank you, thank you. Amit. And moving on now to the next section. It's going to be back to you because you're now going to talk us through what existing users need to do to access and use the practice environment.

Amit Parekh

So thank you. If you could move on to the next slide. Okay. So as I've mentioned or as we've mentioned, the practices environment is up and running right now. So encourage you to go and use that. In the Q and A I notice we have put the links in. So please just look through the Q and A and you'll see a link to the practice environment.

If you then log on to that click on how to sign in for the first time. That will talk you through how to log on for the first time if you haven't already. If we can move on to the next slide, please.

You can see there we've got a set of step by step instructions that is on the environment or the site itself, the practice environment itself. If you just move on to the next line, we'll zoom into those and I will just talk you through them very quickly. So as you say, open the practice environment. The link is on the slide.

As I said, it's in the Q&A. You can click on it directly. So have a have a go select sign in. And this process is the same process to onboard on the actual environment. So this is the process that you will look to do tomorrow on the actual going live service. So select sign in. You will need to reset your password.

That's effectively how you'll log in. So you'll use the account administrator will use their primary email address from the outgoing service that you know, click I have forgotten my password. And then you'll get a set of instructions through on your email as to reset your password. Hopefully you're familiar with that from other, other ways of resetting your password.

There will be a multi-factor authentication setup that you will need to follow instructions or on that as you as you go through it. Create a new password, confirm that, and then you should be able to sign in. And once you do sign in, you'll be able to see your profile as you would expect it having been migrated across from the outgoing service.

So simple sign on process we hope. If you do have any issues, there is a contact center support number that you can call that can guide you through this. If you have any issues around the email not working or you've got, you know, the same email for multiple organizations, etc., then you know, feel free to raise a case to us and we can help you resolve that. Okay. Back to you Will.

Will Barns-Graham

Thank you. And just to reiterate your message there, if you have any issues, we would definitely recommend you access and use the practice environment ahead of the transition of the 20th of October. Now, a second area that we've received considerable interest in throughout this period is around the CSV file uploads and how traders can make use of them to improve efficiency.

Hena will now demonstrate how this functionality works in practice with our next demo video. The next slide.

Hena Elsayed

Welcome to this demonstration of using a CSV file to upload goods records onto various declarations on the Trader Support service. This demonstration will show you the guidance available for using this feature. Where to download a CSV template from an example of a complete CSV file, and how you upload them. Once in the home page, navigate down to guidance and then view all topics.

Navigate to Using systems and locate the CSV guidance.

This guide explains how CSV can be used, including what declaration options currently contain this feature for entry summary declarations. This also includes having the CSV option when using consignment. First, note that as the service is still being developed, more declaration types may be added in the future.

In the How to Use a CSV file section, you can download the CSV template onto your computer.

Once opened, you will find the various headings for the template that will need completing. To find out what information needs to go into these headings and know the format and character allowance for each column, refer back to the guidance to help you complete it.

The more information you include in the template, the less you will need to do once the file has been uploaded. This includes adding in document codes and additional information codes. If you do not have all the information to complete the template or where certain fields will not apply to your movement, you can leave them empty and the upload will still work.

This will mean that any fields that are missing can then be completed directly on your declaration. Rather than having to add the missing details onto the template and uploading again, a note to remember that only 99 goods records can be added to one declaration. You can upload multiple files so long as they do not exceed 99 records.

To upload, go to your declaration.

Then within the consignment we need to start a goods record. You'll find the upload CSV button in this demonstration. The declaration shown on screen is the combined entry, summary, declaration and customs information. In this case, the goods are not controlled, so the customs information is. The entry in records, also known as the ID are. After selecting upload TSV, select, upload multiple goods records and then choose file to then select from the list.

Note that the file type must always be. If it is any other file type, the upload will not work. Once the file is selected, click upload and continue. This will generate your goods records. You can then open each record and make any amendments as needed.

If nothing is required, simply click Confirm goods records are complete to then add those goods records to your declaration. If you need to add more, select Upload multiple goods records and repeat the process.

In this example, we will upload another CSV file with the goods description missing from one record.

When this second file is uploaded, the service will then tell you if anything is missing.

In this example, it's showing that some goods records are missing information. You need to scroll down and find where that missing information is. In this case, it's missing a description.

Will Barns-Graham

Yes, I think that's the end of the video. So thank you Hena for another great demo there. As noted earlier, these demos will be circulated as standalone videos afterwards alongside the recording of the webinar. Let's now tackle a few more of your message with this demonstration. Ask questions with the panel before going into the live Q&A. So if we can go on to the next slide.

And on to another one. Just one more slide, please. Thank you. So the first question is for David. Welcome to the webinar, David. We've been repeatedly hearing about historical records. So David, can you clarify what information will and won't move into the new system and how traders can continue accessing historical data after transition?

David Vallely

Yep. Okay. And I can see we've had a few questions in the chat relating to this as well.

So historical data relating to specific movements won't be moving to the new service. That is specific to those individual movements and will have been made in the outgoing service. That said that though we've been very firm on the 20th of October being a key date for all new declarations or for all movements on or after that date being made in the new service, the current one will remain in place till the 30th of November.

That is to help with any, well, supplementary declarations to start with, but also for those users that wish to extract additional levels of data for, for any, reporting purposes or, or areas they want to capture. That said, even after the 30th of November, you can still access declarations, data via CDS, the Customs declaration, service trader, reporting and extracting tool or TRE.

So TRE is much quicker, and that's a free to use Gov.UK resource. And you can request up to 31 consecutive days of data in each of the reports you take from that, starting from any date within four years of the current date. There are other bits around profile that will move across, as was demonstrated in the the first video where those profile data elements will move across.

So, as Amit did mention at the beginning, worth really making sure, those data elements are correct ahead of migrating to the new service. So as I say, movement data doesn't move, but you will be able to have an opportunity to access it either through the current service to the 30th or after that date through CDS TRE.

 Will Barns-Graham

Thank you. David. The next question is also for you, David. This is relating to the assisted completion service. Could you provide the latest position on ACS and explain what support options traders will have in the future?

David Vallely

Yep. Of course. So as I think we explained in a previous bulletin, the current assisted completion service, ACS was closed to new requests on the 15th of September.

So that is now closed and there won't be ACS in the new service. That is in part down to the new design of the service, where it's being designed to be more intuitive for the user, with on screen prompts and integrated guidance to make that user experience better. And also more familiar, as we mentioned in the look and feel being similar to Gov.uk, and other services.

There will still be support available both via TSS guidance, the Get Help function and the TSS contact center. So though ACS is closed now, there are still existing routes or continuing routes for support, as well as that integrated intuitive guidance within the service itself.

Will Barns-Graham

Great. Thank you David. The next slide and the next question is going to be for Amit. This one is concerning migration. So businesses are asking if they haven't yet been migrated. When should they expect access to the new platform and what actions should they take in the meantime?

Amit Parekh

Thank you Will. Hopefully everybody heard me during my first few slides and this question was answered. But I think let me just re-emphasize again. So everybody should be or will be migrated onto the new platform tonight, which means they should be able to log on tomorrow. The URL for the new service will be emailed out to everybody.

It will also be on the outgoing service in the blue banner at the top, and there'll be a link on there. So you can click on that link and it will take you to the new service. And then you can do your onboarding processes as explained earlier. So that's what will happen from tomorrow onwards. And I'd encourage everybody to to do that.

We've obviously got the practice environment that I talked through already there. It will remain open. It will remain open for everybody to go and familiarize themselves with the service. And I just want to take the opportunity to, whilst talking about this question, those that have joined Private beta, already have access to the to the new service. They've been giving us feedback.

They've been using the service. We've been improving it since the 9th of July. So those that are on private beta, there's nothing stopping them, you know, moving all of their declarations across to the new service now. So again, I'd encourage everybody that's already part of private beta. Start to use the system now pretty much. And don't wait till the 20th of October. Will thank you.

Will Barns-Graham

Thank you. Amit. And one more question back to David. And this is what are the contingency arrangements if a new service isn't available?

David Vallely

Yep happy to cover again. I'm not sure if I've seen them in the chat, but it's an area we got a number of questions on in the previous webinar and have had elsewhere.

The key thing to note here is we are 100% on track for the service to be fully delivered on the 20th of October. It's not a kind of theoretical service. It already exists and is accepting declarations within private beta. And we're seeing the volumes of those increase on a daily basis. So the system is already up and running.

So, the need for contingencies is is not really there. And equally I would encourage people to get started and registered sooner rather than later, as Amit mentioned on the previous question. So like he said, in all situations we do have contingencies if needed, but these would only be communicated to the targeted users that require them to ensure those goods do continue to move to Northern Ireland.

And with minimal or no disruption to those movements. But just to reiterate, we are 100% on track and in fact, it is already up and running and accepting declarations, both within the API area. So for those the high volume users that are using API as well as those in private beta, using the portal that's been demonstrated earlier.

Will Barns-Graham

Great. Thank you. Thank you so much to you both, David and Amit. We'll now move into the live Q&A portion of today's webinar. On the next slide, please do continue posting your questions into the Q&A panel. Remember that's the Q&A, not for chat function on teams.

We'll try to cover as many as we can in the remaining time. But an initial question for you, and this is one of a few people have been sending in generally is just a clarification again on the timeline. So what are the key dates that every trader should have firmly marks in their diary between now and the transition on the 20th of October?

Amit Parekh

Thanks. Well, thanks for the question. 1st of October tomorrow, mark in your diary. You will get, as I said, an email on the link to the new service and it will be on the banner in the outgoing service for you to be able to access.

So 1st of October is a key. Key date. 6th of October is also a key date for those that want to pre-launch declarations for movements that are on the 20th or after the 20th of October and then the 20th of October itself, as well as the key transition date where you'll no longer be able to use the outgoing service for any new movements.

So the 1st of October, 6th of October and the 20th of October are the key dates.

Will Barns-Graham

Okay, great. Thank you. Thank you. To Amit. A question also for Amit is if our administrator has left the business, how do I go about migrating to the new system?

Amit Parekh

Give our contact center a call. They have a process for this that's already been defined. So we will share the contact center number. It will be online on the new service available as well.

But I think we could put it into the Q and A chat function in a moment as well, just so people have that to hand if they have any issues.

Will Barns-Graham

Okay. Thank you. Thank you so much. We've had a question which is will the support contact number change or will it stay the same after the migration. And if it changes can we be provided with the new number..

Amit Parekh

The number is different and we will put the number in the chat, and it will be readily available as well for everyone to see.

Will Barns-Graham

Okay, great. Thank you. Thank you very much. We've got loads of questions coming in, so please do keep them coming. A question that's just come in I think for David. Apart from the platform change, our all other process e.g. codes and HMRC reporting exactly the same.

David Vallely

Yes, I’ll take that one. And the answer is yes. All customers process remain the same. The key change is just that, the look and feel of the the service, bringing it in line with Gov.uk. But there's no additional customs requirements or policy changes. Other than that look and feel of the the service itself, being much more, so familiar in a sense of Gov.uk, but different from the current TSS.

Will Barns-Graham

Great. Thank you. Just just to note as well that the contact centre number has been posted into the chat as well. So let's have a look for our next question. There's loads coming through some time to filter through this a little bit. I wonder if you could talk through some declarations. A few people seem to be asking about these and saying that they.

We've been talking a lot about formation so far. So I wonder if you'd be able to talk about supplementary declarations in the new service.

Happy for you. David. Or are we able to call in our SMEs? Possibly Doreen or Kevin. the actual question? Yeah, there's a few which have come through. So one is actually maybe, Rachel. Kevin, if you'd be available to, to come on quickly now.

Kevin Shakespeare

Yeah. I'm happy to sort of come in there. So, just to clarify on on supplementary declarations, there'll only appear when the pre movement is submitted. So just to confirm, I know there's been a few questions there that the, the, the the actual sub deck and the ability will only appear when the pre movement information is submitted. So, so effectively in the test environment. You what you can do is, is create the pre movement information, i.e. the simplified declaration. And we will obviously come back and and confirm that further as well because obviously we've seen a few questions there with regard to completion of supplementary declarations.

So we will confirm more formally in that regard. Thank you.

Will Barns-Graham

Thank you Kevin, a question I think this is another one for Amit. Will the practice environment still be available after the 1st of October?

Amit Parekh

Yes.

 Will Barns-Graham

Okay. Thank you. Another question for Amit, I think so a lot of questions around guidance, case support, calling, etc.. Do we just want to reconfirm what support will be available to users in the new new service?

Amit Parekh

Yeah. Great question. So there's a few layers actually. So there will be a bunch of guidance documentation that will be available on the new service.

So, you know, documents that people can read and get guidance on. There will also be a digital assistant on the service. So when you get the service, when you open it up on the bottom right hand side, there will be a digital assistant that you can click and it will appear. And effectively you can you can have a conversation with it and ask what you what you need, what support you need.

That's that's we encourage that to be used. It should satisfy and be able to answer a lot of your questions as you start declarations. If that doesn't work, then of course, we have the contact center agents, a whole team to be able to to call and support and work through your issues as well, of which the number I believe has now been shared as well.

So there's there's those levels of support that will be available with the system. Great. Thank you.

Will Barns-Graham

Thank you. Another a question for David, which is will there be any implications of all declarations being left on the old system and not closed off before we lose access, i.e. such as fines and so on?

David Vallely

Yep. Happy to take that one.

So this is again an area we've been getting a few questions on here and see through other routes as well as these webinars. It's really important that you close declarations in the, system they were made in. So if they're made in the outgoing service, please do close those in that outgoing service. And if they are made in the new service please close them in the new service.

Appreciate there's been some work done and some emails and engagement around outstanding supplementary declarations in the old service, and we will be confirming the position relating to those in due course. But the real important thing is to be closing, making those supplementary declarations and closing declarations in the service. They were initially started in and as I say, we'll we'll confirm the position for the outstanding ones in due course.

Will Barns-Graham

Great. Thank you. Thank you. David. A question another one for Amit. If we have been logged into the new beta version, will it automatically be converted into the live version?

Amit Parekh

Yes it will. So those that are already part of Private Beat are already using the live system. So they shouldn't see any difference there.

Will Barns-Graham

Okay. Thank you. So many questions. It's great. Thank you so much for typing these in. A question for David.

Will the new system still be limited to 99 lines? What happens if we have more than 99 lines on one IMI.

David Vallely

Yep. Maybe take that one. So that is actually related to CDS. More than than the TSS. And CDS does have a maximum capability of 99 line items. If you do have more than that, then you'll need to to complete a secondary one for anything 99 plus. So if you've got 100, you can have one as 99 and then one is one or whatever works best.

But the limit is 99 lines and that is related to the CDs limit rather than TSS. So that still will be in place. And I think we did mention on the CSV file upload as well that is connected to that, that limit as well. And again, if you need to revisit that, I know we will be sharing the video to that CSV file upload after the after this webinar.

Will Barns-Graham

Great. Thank you. Yeah, I've, as David says, the videos for each of the demos will be shared afterwards. So yeah, look out for the links to that to revise. We've got a few more minutes for questions. So we just got a slide pop up there. This might be one for you. Amit, will we receive an automatic email alerts about a supp declaration?

Amit Parekh

When a Sup declaration draft has been raised, as we currently do. Yes. In short. So the system will have auto-generated emails. And as part of that, you will receive an alert. Yeah.

Will Barns-Graham

Thank you so much. All right. Well, we've had quite a few questions come through, and I said earlier, we will be looking to take some more questions offline as well. So thank everyone who has been writing in questions so far. I'm not getting any more questions coming through to to my feed.

So thank you and to our panel for all your answers and to everyone as well for sending in so many questions throughout today's webinar. We are approaching the end of session. But before we finish, I would like to highlight one final opportunity on this slide. The team is actively seeking feedback from traders to help shape future improvements to the service.

If you've been using the practice environment or have views on future functionality, please do get involved in the research program using the QR code on screen or by contacting the research team directly. The more feedback received from users, the better the service can become. So please do get involved. Do get in touch with us by that link on the screen.

Thank you again to David, Amit and Hena  and everyone behind today's event. Most importantly as well, thank you all for joining us today and for sending in all your questions and for engaging throughout this session. Remember, existing users can begin onboarding from October 1st, which is tomorrow. If you're a Prime account holder, look out for an email with the link for this tomorrow.

Then pre-lodgement opens from the 6th of October, so that's another important date to buy in mind as well. The transition to the new service takes place on the 20th of October, and historical data remains accessible through the outgoing service until the 30th of November. On the final slide, you'll see that a recording of today's session will be circulated in the coming days.

But that's all for us for now. We look forward to seeing some of you, I'm sure, at the final webinar of this series in October. Until then, have a great day. Goodbye.
