Get started with TSS

The TSS Portal provides an end-to-end digital solution for managing customs requirements between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The system's core functionality centers around three declaration types:

Users can create, submit, and track declarations through an intuitive interface that guides them through each required data field. The portal automatically generates Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) and Simplified Frontier Declarations (SFD) based on your inputs, while also facilitating Supplementary Declaration submissions within required timeframes.

Trader Profile

The system maintains your trader profile information, storing commonly used data like EORI numbers, company details, and regular trading partners to streamline future submissions. Additional features include document attachment capabilities, notification systems for declaration status updates, and access to duty payment processes

Windsor Framework

The portal also incorporates validation checks to help ensure compliance with the Windsor Framework requirements, flagging potential errors before submission and reducing the risk of delays at borders.
