Use the Trader Support Service to declare goods moving to or from Northern Ireland

You must provide information to customs when you move goods to and from Northern Ireland. You may need to pay duty.

You can register for an account to submit the relevant declarations either for your business or on behalf of a customer.

You’ll get:

• access to an online system which lets you make declarations and pay any duty
• guidance on how to use the system most effectively
• customer support

This service is free and suitable for any size and type of business involved in trade between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including retailers, carriers hauliers and agents.

Before you start

Make sure your business has authorised you to register.

You will need to provide your:

• contact details
• business details including your EORI number - apply if you do not have an EORI number
• customs authorisation if you have any

If someone has already registered at your business they'll need to send you an invitation to register.
